More than a decade ago, a media organization in crisis brought in Kelly McCracken. The team had shrunk, debt had piled up, the culture was toxic and morale was at an all-time low. Kelly led with purpose, practical tools, and unwavering faith. Over time, the culture healed, systems were rebuilt, and the organization went from surviving to thriving—with no debt, $1M in reserves, and a team that loved their work.
